Associate compensation at Tensegrity has substantially exceeded the BigLaw “market” in most years since its founding, and has never been below it. Tensegrity pays 100% of health and dental insurance premiums for all employees and their dependents, provides FSA plans for health and dependent care, provides top-of-the-market maternity and family leave for our associates who are new parents, provides a 401(k) plan to assist employees’ saving for retirement, and makes fully-vested contributions to the 401(k) plan on each employee’s behalf, even if the employee makes no contribution of his or her own.
