Daniel Radke has extensive plaintiff and defense side experience in patent litigation matters in U.S. district courts, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, the International Trade Commission, and the Federal Circuit. His practice involves a wide range of technologies, including computer hardware and software, graphics processing, data management, cybersecurity, computer networking, semiconductor device fabrication, banking services, automotive components, light-emitting diodes, and mobile devices. In addition, he has extensive experience pursuing claims at the intersection of antitrust and IP law, recently litigating antitrust counterclaims against one of the largest patent assertion entities. At Northwestern Law, Daniel advised entrepreneurs on a range of transactional matters and drafted patent applications for emerging companies as part of the Entrepreneurship Law Center. He was also a member of Northwestern’s Supreme Court Clinic, where he partnered with attorneys from Sidley Austin LLP to draft petitions for certiorari and merits briefs for clients before the United States Supreme Court. Prior to joining Tensegrity Law Group in 2018, he was an associate at Latham & Watkins LLP.
