Mick Li

Associate

Mick Li has experience in technology litigation including patent infringement disputes and source-code trade secret and copyright matters. Prior to joining Tensegrity Law Group, Mick worked in the IP litigation group at White & Case.

While at law school, Mick was a co-managing editor for Stanford Journal of Law, Business & Finance and senior editor of Stanford Journal of International Law. Mick provided comments for Stanford Cyber Policy Center’s report Regulating under Uncertainty: Governance Options for Generative AI by Florence G’sell. Mick also worked on computational law projects with Stanford’s computer science department.

Mick has maintained an active pro bono practice including litigation projects on employment discrimination, veteran disability rights, and constitutional due process.
