Utsav has extensive plaintiff and defense experience in patent litigation in U.S. federal courts, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, and the International Trade Commission. His practice involves a wide variety of technologies, including semiconductor devices, telecommunication standards, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and network architectures. At Georgetown Law, Utsav helped argue appellate cases as part of the Georgetown Appellate Litigation Clinic. He also served on Georgetown’s Board of Governors and Georgetown Law’s Student Bar Association. In addition, Utsav clerked for the United States Senate Judiciary Committee and the International Trade Commission Office of Unfair Import Investigations. Prior to joining Tensegrity Law Group in 2017, he was an associate at Dechert LLP.
