Aaron has been a partner at Tensegrity since 2016 after joining as an associate in 2012. Aaron is experienced in litigating patent disputes for innovative companies (including defense and offense, competitor suits, and multi-venue disputes) as well as licensing disputes and IP-related antitrust claims. Aaron is a business-focused advocate who fosters close working relationships with clients to advance litigation outcomes consistent with client needs. Aaron has served as co-lead counsel achieving a jury verdict of non-infringement in a patent suit involving medical devices. He has briefed and argued on appeal at the Federal Circuit. He has also briefed and argued claim constructions, dispositive motions, and other motions in district court. Aaron’s practice has spanned life sciences and biotechnology, medical devices, computer hardware and software, microprocessors, memory, storage, video technology, location technology, computer security, networking and Internet, wireless communications, and content distribution networks. Before joining Tensegrity, Aaron was Law Clerk to the Honorable Richard Linn of the Federal Circuit. Aaron is an active participant in the Federal Circuit Bar Association, the Naples Roundtable, and the Sedona Conference Working Group 10 and has spoken at meetings of these organizations as well as the Berkeley-Stanford Advanced Patent Law Institute.
