Li Shen is a patent litigator with plaintiff and defense side experience in U.S. district courts, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, and the International Trade Commission. Her practice encompasses a wide range of technologies and industries, including biotechnology, pharmaceutics, software, fintech, and telecommunication. Prior to joining Tensegrity Law Group in 2022, she was a managing associate at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe. During law school, she externed in the judicial chambers of Judge S. James Otero in the Central District of California and Judge Alex Kozinski in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Ms. Shen is fluent in English and Mandarin.
