An experienced trial lawyer, Ron Pabis represents technology companies and innovators in patent litigation, patent licensing and other intellectual property disputes. For more than 20 years, Mr. Pabis has been a trusted advisor to inventors, in-house counsel, and corporate management in all aspects of intellectual property disputes. Mr. Pabis has wide-ranging experience and has successfully represented patent owners and accused infringers in an array of industries in the networking, semiconductor, semiconductor packaging, software, mechanical systems, and medical device fields.

Mr. Pabis’ significant trial experience includes jury trials in federal district courts throughout the country as well as numerous Section 337 investigation hearings before the US International Trade Commission. He has also successfully tried matters before arbitration panels including the International Chamber of Commerce and has appeared before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board in inter partes review proceedings.
