Samantha Jameson has patent litigation experience in U.S. district courts and the International Trade Commission, and has participated in appeals to the United Samantha Jameson has extensive litigation experience with defensive and offensive patent disputes (including competitor and multi-venue disputes). Her experience also includes antitrust and contract disputes relating to intellectual property. She practices in U.S. district courts, the International Trade Commission, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, the Federal Circuit, and in private arbitration. She has also been lead IPR counsel before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. Her practice has included medical devices, life sciences research tools, memory, video technology, computer peripherals, and location services. Samantha works collaboratively with her clients to develop their cases, understand the technology and intellectual property at issue, and present complex technical information in an easily understandable way. Samantha participates in the Sedona Conference Working Group 10 (including by speaking and contributing to the Commentary on Cross-Border Discovery in U.S. Patent and Trade Secret Cases (“Stage Two”)) and has spoken at the Naples Roundtable, in the Berkeley Center for Law & Technology Expert Series Podcast, and through Strafford CLE. Before joining Tensegrity Law Group in 2013, she was a law clerk to the Honorable Richard Linn of the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Samantha also has a deep life sciences background and received a Ph.D. in Cell Biology. Her scientific work has been published in PLOS Genetics and Developmental Biology.
