Joanna R. Schacter

Joanna Schacter has served technology and biomedical clients in complex intellectual property disputes, including in patent, trade secret, trademark, and general commercial litigation. Joanna graduated from Cornell Law School, where she was Notes Editor for the Cornell Journal of Law and Public Policy, and in which she was published on aircraft safety. She also externed full-time at an appellate litigation firm, practicing before the New York State Appellate Division. Before joining Tensegrity Law Group, Joanna was an IP litigation associate at White & Case LLP.
