Taylor Tejeda

Associate

Taylor Tejeda specializes in complex patent litigation, having represented clients in both the U.S. District Court system and the International Trade Commission. His experience spans the entire litigation lifecycle, from pre-litigation patent analysis to post-trial briefing. Taylor’s practice encompasses a broad range of technologies, including medical devices, ultra wideband radio location technology in mobile handsets, and video encoding software. Recently, he successfully litigated in the Central District of California, helping his team to secure a favorable jury verdict for a biomedical device client.

Prior to attending law school, Taylor worked as a research associate at the University of Florida Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences, where he focused on developing novel nitrate compounds to enhance pine plantation growth for commercial use. Taylor graduated with honors from the University of Florida, earning a B.A. dual major in History and Political Science. At Cornell Law, Taylor externed with the New York State Attorney General’s Office through the Attorney General Clinical Practicum and served as an editor for the Cornell Journal of Law and Public Policy.

Taylor is fluent in Spanish.
