Stephen Shahida

For more than 25 years, Stephen has been a trusted advisor to Fortune 100 companies involved in complex intellectual property and international trade disputes. He has litigated before various federal district courts. He has led teams in pre-suit disputes and negotiations, Markman, summary judgment hearings, and at trial. Stephen has handled and tried several Section 337 investigation hearings before the International Trade Commission and is a member of the ITC Trial Lawyers Association.

Stephen helps clients manage legal and business risks, and successfully navigate offensive and defensive litigation. In addition, he has substantial experience in alternative dispute resolution, administrative procedures, license negotiations, and appeals. His experience spans divergent technologies, including networking, semiconductors, consumer electronics, automotive, and medical device fields.
